Before marriage, I spent five years devoted to renewal—naming the process, lessons, and biblical convictions that shaped me during that season. Out of those years came not a program, but a framework… a living “checklist” for holistic renewal rooted in God’s Word.
This outline is not exhaustive, but it represents the convictions and rhythms that carried me through. My prayer is that these reflections will reach those who need them most, offering clarity, encouragement, and a path toward true restoration.

Yes, this content is great as usual. I write spirit-led content Spiritual Food For Thought and the subheading is Could it be........and whatever the Lord has me write. I will be adding Health and Faith. I also have Starr Kingdom Copywriting Content. I am working on a project for my Church. There is much more in the works but I do one step at a time. I like to read and make notes in what helps. I am just learning this platform and another one that the Lord has given me but cannot release. I always have much to write about. Thank you for your insights and for all you write and your videos.
I have a question for you, Claudia. Of the fast growing people you talked with, do they all write about how to be better on Substack?
Because the people who give tips about being better on Substack always seem to be growing fast, which makes sense since most Substack writers are struggling to find the audience and there’s a built in Substack audience for people writing about being better on Substack.
(How’d you like that run on sentence. It’s my superpower)
According to your poll, 75% of your readers are writing about business or self-help.
The “trending” stuff in that case usually has nothing to do with posts on Substack Notes.
tbh it's mostly people right now that ride the AI/tech trend wave, but also health and business - less on Substack or writing. I don't think you can be some of the fastest growing ones on that topic - but AI/tech/business def...
Claudia, great article! I also see this pattern. If you publish Substack Notes that are relevant to the current most popular discussions in your feed, they get much more engagement. Thanks for sharing!
I take it you meant “Publish weekly, but: Stop disappearing acts since algorithm penalizes inconsistency and thus, you no longer feel guilty you haven’t posted in forever”. Am I wrong? What did I miss? 🤔

Thank you for highlighting the strategies you’ve observed in these fast growing stacks.
I think trend hopping / adaptation has always been a pretty strong strategy for riding the wave...
But the biggest takeaway from this for me was:
The baseline + sitting ready-to-go drafts.
I usually write my posts day-of or day-before, so I hadn't considered having a series of drafts prepped for these kinds of situations.

Good question! And a little laugh...

Very helpful to me at All Girl Publishing. I 'm trying to reach women who write-- and women who are scared to try.
thank you Margaret! Love your work!
Enjoyed that analysis - works on LinkedIn as well

🙌
oh thank you!! I forgot to change that, let me go ahead
Thanks Claudia for another great post! Also a reminder to keep on track whilst being kind to myself in terms of writing deadlines. 🙏
totally, thanks for commenting, Sam! :)
I write about the confluence of the personal and the political in these heightened times where
1.colonialism is being challenged big time with “The Gaza Effect”
2. Fascism is getting entrenched in the world and in particular, the US with brutal results for the most marginalized
3. Each of us is boiling inside and looking for how to find both integrity AND peace!
VERY good advice!
