To get paid on Substack, it depends of what you offer. And the fact, that you write in English. Because the main people are English speaking. For everyone who writes in a different language (or native language), it's quite difficult to earn every month 1000€.
Regarding myself: I don't want to offer a paid version. It's for free and it's ok.
But, and this is for me important: I want to grow healthy. At the same time I've a goal: Collaborations with Design Companies. It's not yet. But maybe tomorrow. 😉
