My goal: Substack besteller in Q1 (meaning at least 100 paid subscribers)
- Trying new pricing strategies, including price anchoring - high monthly and lower yearly costs
- Making more AMA calls
- Focusing on providing true value for my Substack readers
Having 10,000 free subscribers by end of 2025
Having 300 paid subscribers by end of 2025
Having 10 clients for coaching calls per month for Substack by end of 2025
Having a monthly revenue of 5k per month by end of 2025.
