What if you don’t have email outreach? I am new to Substack and wondering how to grow here without already having an audience elsewhere to market to.
that was me 8 months ago, too. I started from 0. for pretty much 3 months, I created free content in posts, daily notes and interacted a lot with the community here. step by step more subscribers came and then I started earning from it.. so yeah, it’s just a building-your-audience process
My email has been disabled on here. I have no idea why. I think I'm still struggling with the basics and getting things set up. My last two posts haven't even shown up on any thread.
Great article, Claudia! Visibility is so important. Creating the thing isn't enough. If you want it to have impact, you have to share it. 😊 Also, love your recommendation about polls. I need to do more of those.

Yes, they do on my own page but can't see the last two on the main scrolling page, if that makes sense.
